Bertin Technologies announces the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Swedish company Exensor from Verdane NVP II SPV K/S, Marginalen Group AB, Erland von Hofsten Advokat AB and a further 16 private investors.
Exensor, an international leader in sensors and protection networks for sensitive areas and infrastructures.
The headquarters of Exensor, founded in 1987, are located in Lund, in Sweden. Exensor has subsidiaries in the UK and in Germany. Exensor has key international clients in the Defense and Security sector.
This operation will strengthen and speed up the strategic development of Bertin Technologies on the global instrumentation and surveillance market for defence and security applications.
