Professions for every profile

The Bertin Technologies group boasts a wide range of skills and talents covering the entire innovation chain: from the design of solutions and systems to their marketing, via the research, testing, development and production phases.

 

R&D AND ENGINEERING

2/3 of our employees work in R&D, engineering and project management: optical, mechanical, electronic, systems or data science engineers and project managers. Our engineers design our products and systems, and oversee their implementation.

PRODUCTION

Methods, logistics, machining, polishing, assembly/control: our production teams ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process for our products. They play a key role in maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

SALES/MARKETING

Sales people, offer engineers, business developers, product managers, strategic and operational marketing managers: our employees put their expertise at the service of the company to support the development of our products, create tools to market them, find and retain customers, and accompany them throughout their projects.

SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

They play a crucial role in the smooth running of our company, and include Human Resources, Finance, Digital, Legal, Quality, Communications and General Services. Our employees ensure our stability and compliance, and enable the other departments to concentrate on their core missions.

SERVICES

Maintenance or on-site technicians: our employees work in teams to install, check and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on instruments and equipment. They travel to customer sites according to the inspection campaigns to be carried out, in liaison with Back Office teams and Service Account Managers.
