IT Production Manager

The IT Production Manager acts as a coordinator between operators, system administrators, developers and architects. He/she is in charge of the IT operation, functioning and optimization of the production of the various SaaS products within his/her area. He/she is also responsible for the reliability of the various IT solutions and for data security.

I am responsible for the reliability of our cloud system. To achieve this goal, I interact with different trades (system administrators, operators, developers, architects); I am involved with both software and hardware. Being a manager means being available to my team and helping my employees do their best.

In my view, digital security is an extremely rewarding area, given the variety of different environments and types of clients I encouter (in sectors such as defense, telecoms, finance, energy, transportation, and health care). As I fulfill my responsibilities in a climate of trust, I am able to fully leverage my staff’s technical excellence.
