Bertin Technologies has entered into exclusive negotiations with CT

Bertin Technologies has entered into exclusive negotiations with CT in order to sell its multi-physical modeling and scientific computing business.

The business, which offers technology and engineering consultancy services, benefits from long-lasting relationships with leading partners alongside a clientele of large accounts in the cutting-edge aeronautics, space, and nuclear industries.

CT is an international engineering group based in Europe, with more than 1800 engineers, almost 300 of which are in France. The size, expertise, and growth ambitions of CT, as well as the potential synergies will allow the business and teams affected by the acquisition (more than 35 engineers and doctors), to be a part of important development prospects.

With this divestment project, the CNIM Group intends to focus on strategic axes more in line with its core business of industrial trade in the domains of the environment, energy, defense, and security.

This project, which is the subject of an information and consultation process with representative authorities for the relevant personnel, could be finalized at the end of 2018.
