Bringing large combustion plants (LCPs) into compliance

On 17 August 2017, the findings for the Best Available Techniques (BATs) applicable to LCPs were published. Pursuant to Article R. 515-71 I, this publication now requires operators to submit a reassessment application to the regulatary administration no later than 17 August 2018.

In order to comply with this new regulation, the CNIM group and Bertin Energy Environment are rolling out a comprehensive support service for bringing your LPCs into compliance with BATs.

You’ll enjoy one-on-one support from our experts in Large Combustion Plants and Industrial Hazard Management throughout the compliance process. Collecting existing data, identifying missing information, comparing your operating practices to BATs, updating norms and preventing air and water pollution: we cover all areas, allowing you to focus on running your business.

We’re on hand to help you manage your site’s regulatory compliance, establish your multi-year investment and BAT plan, identify your sources of funding and ensure energy efficiency for your site.
