In vitro cell cultures are more and more involved in the biopharmaceutical production process. The maintenance of cell cultures requires cell line quality in terms of proliferation, protein expression, viability and vitality to be controlled.

To perform all of these controls, we developed InCellis, our new cell imager with dedicated applications for cell culture. Our cell culture confluency application will allow users to follow the cell proliferation at different times. InCellis includes a unique low light sensor to detect fluorescent signals such as AO/PI staining to control the cell viability.
